1. Students are expected to participate actively during the course.

2. Capita Selecta retains the right to cancel a course if the circumstances force us to do so.

3. If there are any complaints about the course or tutor, please notify Capita Selecta by E-mail as soon as possible, but at least within four days. Unfortunately complaints received after this period can not be taken into account. Capita Selecta will handle your complaint with care.

4. After you have subscribed to a course you are obliged to follow and pay for the course. If you are absenced from one or more lessons, the entire course needs to be payed, unless Capita Selecta has been notified at least four days before the start of the course (by E-mail). Your absence is only valid if confirmed by Capita Selecta.

5. Capita Selecta retains the right to ban students from following a course.
